1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting or using the Kasih website at kasihaaaa.world, or by engaging our advisory services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our website or services.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors to the website and to all clients who engage Kasih for family law advisory services. They are governed by the laws of Malaysia.

2. Our Services

Kasih provides family law advisory services in Malaysia, including but not limited to:

  • Divorce and Separation Advisory
  • Child Custody and Guardianship Support
  • Maintenance and Support Arrangements

Services are provided from our office at No. 27, Jalan Telawi 5, Bangsar Baru, 59100 Kuala Lumpur, and remotely by arrangement. Details of current advisory packages and fees are set out on our Solutions page and confirmed in writing at the start of each engagement.

3. Nature of Advisory Services

The guidance we provide is legal advisory in nature. It is intended to help you understand your situation, your options, and the processes that may apply to your matter under Malaysian law, including the Law Reform (Marriage and Divorce) Act 1976 and the Islamic Family Law Act (as applicable).

Our advisory services are not a substitute for formal legal representation in court proceedings. Where litigation or formal legal representation becomes necessary, we will advise you accordingly and, where appropriate, refer you to a suitably qualified advocate and solicitor.

The information provided through our website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice for any specific situation.

4. Fees and Payment

Our advisory fees are set out on the Solutions page of our website and confirmed in the engagement letter provided at the start of each matter. Current advisory package fees are:

  • Divorce and Separation Advisory: RM 560
  • Child Custody and Guardianship Support: RM 960
  • Maintenance and Support Arrangements: RM 1,320

Fees are payable as agreed in your engagement letter. We will provide an invoice for all fees charged. Payment is accepted by bank transfer or other methods confirmed at the time of engagement.

If additional work falls outside the scope of an advisory package, this will be discussed with you in advance and confirmed in writing before any additional charges are incurred.

5. Client Responsibilities

To allow us to assist you effectively and responsibly, we ask that you:

  • Provide accurate and complete information relevant to your matter
  • Inform us promptly of any changes in your circumstances that may affect your matter
  • Respond to requests for information or documentation within reasonable timeframes
  • Treat our team with respect and courtesy
  • Use our services only for lawful purposes

We reserve the right to pause or conclude an engagement if a client provides materially misleading information or if conduct makes continuation of the advisory relationship inappropriate.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all information shared with us in the course of an advisory engagement as strictly confidential. We will not disclose your information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law, by a court or tribunal, or as necessary in the conduct of your matter as described in our Privacy Policy.

Our team members are bound by professional and contractual confidentiality obligations. Confidentiality obligations continue beyond the conclusion of an engagement.

7. Limitation of Liability

We take care in preparing all advisory guidance and aim to ensure accuracy. However, to the extent permitted by Malaysian law:

  • We accept no liability for decisions made by clients on the basis of general information published on our website
  • Our liability to any individual client in connection with an advisory engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement
  • We are not liable for consequential, indirect, or special losses arising from the use of our website or services

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any matter that cannot lawfully be excluded under Malaysian law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Kasih website — including text, design elements, structure, and imagery — is owned by or licensed to Kasih and is protected by applicable Malaysian and international intellectual property laws.

You may view and print pages from this website for your own personal, non-commercial reference. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use website content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

9. Termination of Engagement

Either party may bring an advisory engagement to a close with reasonable notice. If you choose to end an engagement, you remain responsible for fees in respect of work completed to that point.

We may conclude an engagement if: a conflict of interest arises; you request us to act in a manner inconsistent with our professional obligations; or the advisory relationship becomes untenable. In such cases, we will give you reasonable notice and, where possible, suggest alternative sources of assistance.

10. Website Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the website or our services following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active clients in advance.
